Kisuya Japanese Restaurant, established in 2023 is Bathurst’s first and only modernised Japanese Restaurant. A great place to dine and drink combining an intriguing and cosy atmosphere with dishes based on Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients and sauces with a modernised flare, utilising local Australian ingredients. Dishes are all designed to share, offering a variety of drinks including cocktails, beers and Japanese Sake & Umeshu as well as numerous local wines.
